Terms of Use
Effective October 2, 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to the Passful app and this website, provided by ZeroOne Company s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, IČO 23603976, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 429960. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
Your content
Your photos remain yours. By creating a pass, you let us process your photo and any place you attach, solely to create and return the pass (see the Privacy Policy). Only use photos you have the right to use, and don’t use Passful for anything illegal, harmful or infringing.
Purchases
Passful is free to start. Unlimited memories are available through a one-time in-app purchase, sold and billed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple Wallet
Passes are displayed by Apple Wallet. How and when Wallet shows a pass, including Lock Screen suggestions, is controlled by Apple and may change.
Availability
We work hard to keep Passful running, but creating passes depends on our server and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update, change or discontinue features. Passes already in your Wallet keep working.
Disclaimer and liability
Passful is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
